  • We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, or circumstances beyond our control.

  • Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order is delivered and confirmed by the courier.

5. Returns & Refunds

6. Gift Cards & Store Credit

  • Gift cards and store credits are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • They are valid only for purchases on thegoodafro.co.za.
