  • All orders are processed within 4-7 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or stock delays, processing times may be extended. Customers will be notified by email.


2. Shipping Destinations

  • We currently ship to:

    • South Africa (nationwide)

  • If you are outside these regions, please contact us before placing an order.


3. Shipping Times (Estimated)

  • South Africa (Domestic): 4–7 business days.

Please note: These are estimated delivery times and not guaranteed.


4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.

  • From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions (terms will be displayed on our website).


5. Tracking Orders

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

  • Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear, depending on the courier.


6. Delivery Issues

  • If a package is marked delivered by the courier but not received, please contact the courier first.

  • If a package is lost or damaged in transit, contact us within 7 days so we can assist in resolving the issue.

  • The Good Afro is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, strikes, or force majeure events.


7. Wrong Address Policy

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

  • We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error are non-refundable.
