Return & Refund Policy – The Good Afro

At The Good Afro, we value your satisfaction and aim to make returns as smooth as possible. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

 


1. Return Window

  • Customers have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.

  • Requests made after 30 days may not be accepted.


2. Condition of Returns

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

  • If an item has been opened or used, it will only be eligible for return if proven faulty or defective from production.

  • Transit damage claims must be supported by clear photos/videos sent within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Manufacturer defects can be reported for up to 6 months after delivery.


3. Refunds, Store Credit & Exchanges

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless the customer chooses store credit or an exchange.

  • If a replacement is not available, we will issue a refund or store credit.


4. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, damaged in transit, or manufacturer fault), we will cover return shipping costs.

  • If the return is due to a change of mind or non-faulty reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping.


5. Damaged, Defective, or Low-Value Items

  • If an item arrives damaged or defective, customers must provide photos or videos within 48 hours of delivery.


6. Exclusions

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products returned after the 30-day return period.

  • Items not in original packaging or showing signs of use (unless faulty).

  • Gift cards.


7. Process for Returns

  1. Contact us at team@marjkupps.com within 30 days of delivery.

  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos/videos if applicable.

  3. We will confirm whether the item qualifies for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

  4. Once approved, we will guide you through the next steps (including return shipping if required).


8. Delivery Issues

  • If an item is marked as delivered by the courier but the customer claims non-receipt, we will investigate with the courier before resolving.

  • Delays due to courier logistics are outside our control and are not grounds for a refund unless the item is confirmed lost.


9. Processing Time

  • Refunds, gift cards, or store credits will be processed within 7–10 business days after approval of the return.
